Depending on the activity, project organization profile, existing practice and work process innovation plans, we propose project models. Sometimes these are management models, and in some areas operational PMs are also preferred. 

Thanks to many years of experience, and with the support of developed business tools: demo models and usage scenarios, we usually come up with a proposal for an adequate model of project organization very quickly..

Therefore, we practice that after the initial presentation, we organize workshops in which we identify the optimal model of PM organization. For specific, more complex cases, our recommendation is to organize a pilot project, in order to prove the offered model

Integration with other business functions, such as: documentation system, HR and finance, especially in the part of improving budget management, give special value to project organization.. 

Adjustments that lead to the organization model optimization imply the adoption of standards in work, without which it is almost impossible to successfully implement and obtain a long-term sustainable digital transformation of any business processes.  

We suggest PMBOK (PMI), as one of the most widely used standards globally. We can implement many others, regardless of whether they are based on traditional or agile methodologies.

Integration of emails, documents, project portal...


Each project can have a project email-address, that is, get its own email-pseudonym.    Emails sent to this address automatically create tasks. All email recipients are added as followers of the task. This is especially practical in situations where project team members are in the field, because then in this way they can open a task from a mobile phone to a team member or send themselves a reminder that can be further processed later.

The project application, thanks to the integration with the documentation system, has the possibility of efficient project documentation management.  

For the investor and other external users (subcontractors...) a portal is provided for accessing relevant data about the project, such as: orders, invoices, project tasks, etc.

An integral part is the communication module, which provides special convenience in the internal communication of the project team, but can also include representatives of investors, supervision, subcontractors...
