Computer networks

When we talk about ICT infrastructure, computer networks form the basis of everything. For this reason, a high-quality project and implementation is imperative. If we take into account that all ICT services of your company rely on the functionality of the network, then it is clear how important the quality and security of the network is.

Design and implementation of active and passive infrastructure, with a special emphasis on security and optimization depending on the needs of the company. We do the following types of networks:

  • LAN (Local Area Network) - local computer networks that include one or more locations connected without the intermediary of a provider, segmentation of networks and application of security standards
  • WAN (Wide Area Network) – large networks containing several remote locations, connected to the links of a provider with adequate protection (various types of VPN tunnels: IPSec, PPTP, L2TP, GRE)
  • WLAN (Wireless LAN) - wireless computer networks with adequate protection, networking of two or more objects with optical visibility wirelessly
  • SAN (Storage Area Network) - storage system implementation (FiberChannel, iSCSI)

ICT infrastructures form part of our offer. Through network services, as well as redesigning the existing network if necessary. We have experience working with well-known vendors of active network equipment such as Cisco, Juniper, Netasq...

As the IT infrastructure grows over time, it becomes increasingly difficult to monitor large numbers of workstations, active network equipment, servers and other devices. Maintenance becomes more and more difficult, and when a problem arises, it is more and more difficult to find a quick and efficient solution. That is why monitoring systems become an indispensable component of your information system.

Computer network monitoring systems will help keep the entire network, including any active network equipment, as well as servers under control. It is possible to monitor all network components via PING tests, measure network traffic via the SNMP protocol, control the operation of certain services (HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, POP3...), control the state of the server (occupancy of memory, disks, device failure, etc.), measure how much some link correct (network tomography), it is possible to analyze routing tables, automated sending of alerts about the problem and finally statistical data processing with reports.
